Richard is an international tax advisor and founder of Port Sight Tax — a boutique firm built for entrepreneurs who think beyond borders. Before starting his own practice, he worked at a Big 4 office and as a Tax Manager, helping founders and growing companies tackle cross-border structures, estate planning, and expat tax.
He also teaches at VU Amsterdam, where he lectures on the taxation of business owners and mentors students finding their footing in the field. As the lead author of a tax textbook and frequent contributor to professional journals, Richard combines clarity with curiosity — and a healthy dose of start-up energy!
